Returns & Replacement

- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been approved and received. Shipping charges may not be refundable.
