Refund or Replacement Policy: You may apply for a refund or replacement if you inform/apply within 3 days of your purchase from Anime Originals.

Cancellation Policy: Our orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. Please cancel from your ‘Orders’ in your account or send an email within 3 hours of placing the order, we won’t be able to cancel once it is shipped or scheduled to be picked up from our warehouse, even if within the cancellation period.
