Refund or Replacement Policy: You may apply for a refund or replacement if you inform/apply within 3 days of your purchase from Anime Originals.

Cancellation Policy: Our orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. Please cancel from your ‘Orders’ in your account or send an email within 3 hours of placing the order, we won’t be able to cancel once it is shipped or scheduled to be picked up from our warehouse, even if within the cancellation period. Those orders will be considered under our Return & Replacement Policy.
